1st} Manchester City, 71pts (8g, +43) 2nd} Manchester United, 57 pts (9g, +24) 3rd} Leicester City, 56 pts (9g, +21) 4th} Chelsea, 51 pts (9g +19) 5th} West Ham United, 49 pts (9g, +10) 6th} Tottenham Hotspur, 48 pts (9g, +19) t-7th[7]Liverpool, 46 pts (9g, +12) t-7th[8]Everton, 46 pts (9g, +3)
1st-4th: UEFA Champions League Group Stage 5th & 6th: UEFA Europa League Group Stage 7th: UEFA Europa Conference League Play-off Round -note: Since 2020–21 League Cup finalists Manchester City would currently qualify for European competition based on league position, fellow finalists Tottenham Hotspur would be assured of the Europa Conference League berth awarded to the EFL Cup winners. This is because, if Manchester City were to win the final, that berth would transfer to the highest-placed Premier League team who have not already qualified for European competition, which is currently sixth-placed Tottenham.

1st} Manchester City, 77 pts (5g, +45) 2nd} Manchester United, 67 pts (5g, +29) 3rd} Leicester City, 62 pts (5g, +22) 4th} Chelsea, 58 pts (5g, +20) 5th} West Ham United, 55 pts (5g, +10) 6th} Liverpool, 54 pts (5g, +16) 7th} Tottenham Hotspur, 53 pts (5g, +18) 8th} Everton, 52 pts (6g, +4)
At present, the European placings appear to be sharpening up... --note 1: The fourth-placed team will play in the Europa League group stage instead of the Champions League group stage if Chelsea wins the 2020–21 UEFA Champions League, Arsenal or Manchester United win the 2020–21 UEFA Europa League, and both winners finish in fifth place or lower. --note 2: Since both 2020–21 FA Cup finalists (Leicester City and Chelsea) would currently qualify for European competition based on league position, the Europa League group stage berth awarded to the FA Cup winners would pass to the sixth-placed team. --note 3: Since 2020–21 EFL Cup winners Manchester City have qualified for European competition based on league position, the Europa Conference League berth awarded to the EFL Cup winners will transfer to the highest-placed Premier League team who have not already qualified for European competition, which is currently seventh-placed Tottenham.

Looking at the table, the following can be divined...
(1) Manchester City & Manchester United are qualified for the Champions League (2) Chelsea & Leicester City have one foot in next year's Champions League (3) West Ham, Liverpool & Spurs would qualify for the other three European berths (West Ham & Liverpool in the Europa League, Spurs in the Europa Conference League) but could also possibly be competitive for 4th and a Champions League berth (4) The fourth-placed team will play in the Europa League group stage instead of the Champions League group stage if Chelsea wins the 2020–21 UEFA Champions League, Manchester United win the 2020–21 UEFA Europa League, and both winners finish in fifth place or lower. (5) Everton, Leeds United, Arsenal & Aston Villa are still technically in the running for a European placing but would need teams above them to fall hard fast.

As things stand at the moment....
(1) Manchester City & Manchester United are qualified for the Champions League (2) Chelsea, Leicester City & Liverpool are w/in four points of each other for the remaining two Champions League spots (3) Should Liverpool fail to get a top-4 finish, they are currently in the box seats for 5th place (4) Five clubs - Spurs, West Ham, Everton, Aston Villa & Leeds United - are w/in three points of each other for both the remaining Europa League spot and for the Europa Conference League spot
