(BBC Sport) Newcastle goalscorer Joe Willock speaking to Match of the Day after equalling Alan Shearer's record of scoring in seven consecutive games for Newcastle: “To be in his company, I’m honoured. And that it's happened for this wonderful club. He has often messaged me to congratulate me and I’m sure he’ll be happy for me. When we were going through our tough period, we said we would stick together and we've done that really well." On whether he'll return to Newcastle next season: “We’ll see what the future holds. I’m blessed to have had the opportunity to play for this wonderful club and I’m happy it’s gone so well. Leeds manager Marcelo Bielsa speaking to BT Sport: "I'm happy that we have won and that Pablo Hernandez and Gaetano Berardi got such a generous send off. The game could have had a smaller difference. When a team is relegated and almost everything goes against them. But in the second half we had chances that were well elaborated." On Kalvin Phillips picking up an injury at the end of the game: "I couldn't tell you if the injury is severe or not but we hope he can go to the Euros." On his future: "I have a lot of gratitude for the moments I've been here and I'm very grateful. As soon as it's resolved the club will announce it."

(BBC Sport) Newcastle manager Steve Bruce speaking to Match of the Day: “We made hard work of the second half but we defended well. There were a lot of tired bodies but I’m delighted with the way we have finished the season. When we really needed the results, the players and the staff have worked tirelessly to turn it round. “We’ll never say it’s an achievement to finish 12th for a club of our stature but it’s an achievement. I hope the people who have written us off, they’ll eat humble pie and give us some credit. On the possibility of keeping Joe Willock: “I couldn’t be more pleased for him. He’s done so well. We’ll try our utmost to keep him but we must respect that he’s Arsenal’s player." Aston Villa boss Dean Smith: "It was the ideal way to end the season, we came up against a very good team today and gave everything for the shirt. "Disappointed we did not get the record of clean sheets for Emiliano Martinez, who still holds it level with Brad Friedel. He made some good saves and for all the possession Chelsea had, he made comfortable saves. He has been a magnificent signing and is well respected in the dressing room. "We all have injuries, we lost Jack Grealish and we have had to deal with it. I had an expected goals table of finishing ninth and we are there abouts. Our target is to progress again and we have players here more than capable of competing with the best teams in the league. When Grealish comes out of the team we have to be more creative."

(BBC Sport) Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp speaking to BBC Radio 5 Live: "Outstanding, best I could've dreamt of - we wanted this feeling, this game, this atmosphere. Finishing the season in third is incredible, I can't believe it - credit to the boys I can't believe how it worked out in the last few weeks, incredible. Rhys Williams and Nat Phillips are both cut up and stitched, Rhys hasn't trained for three days, Gini Wijnaldum leaving the club and we all love him to bits. We will miss him so much, with football it's normal that people leave, but I will miss him so much." On Roy Hodgson leaving: "Roy is a legend as well, very influential and important for football. Travelled the world managing, saw very early how defending really has to work and kept that up through his career, exceptional." On Jordan Henderson being fit for England: "He will be fine, I don't know if he will be in the squad but he is fine, he trained the last two days with us, he is fine. He can return to training as normal - he will be one of the few players in the squad who are fresh which is good news."

(BBC Sport) Manchester United's Juan Mata, speaking to BT Sport about his future: "I don't know. In three days we have a very important game which is where my mind is. I still feel I can play good football. It is not the moment now to speak about it. I know what I want, I am happy with how I feel physically and mentally and I am still happy to play football for some years."
Jurgen Klopp has just said a naughty word during his post-match press conference. Hehehehe. "We'll have to edit that out Jurgen," says a less-than impressed reporter. Jurgen wasn't bothered to be honest.

(BBC Sport) Wolves boss Nuno Espirito Santo, speaking to BT Sport: "I promised that I would stay strong but it was very special and very emotional. I will miss it." On the reaction from fans in the ground: "It means a lot. It means football is back and it means this is the first game of the football we love with fans and atmosphere. It was special. What do I want to do? Now I want to rest. We will have holidays and a break. Then, let's see. The future is here. Day by day, let's see. "It is not about style, it is about the unit. Style is something you can have. If you chase that good game as we did, we did it as a unit, as a group. Everyone involved and committed. That is what I meant. "We had bad injuries and injuries to important players but at the same time we found solutions. It was a tough season but it is a season with all the circumstances I reflect on it and I am very proud." Sheffield United match-winner David McGoldrick to BT Sport: "We owed the fans that for the season we’ve put them through, this year has been a disappointment and with some fans here today we wanted to get a victory. "And more importantly, we wanted to build some momentum going into next season because it is going to be a tough season in the Championship, as it always is, and it’s good to finish with a winning feeling. "We’ve missed the fans, you know, it was great to have them back, hearing them singing the Greasy Chip Butty song before the game was a great feeling."

(BBC Sport) It's the players' turn now. Ruben Dias gets his after the goalkeepers and applauds the crowd. John Stones gives them a thumbs up too before taking a little peak at his medal.
Phil Foden is up next. What a season he's had. Will he have a summer to remember with England at the Euros too?
Kevin de Bruyne coolly takes his medal and puts it around his neck. He tries to squeeze in at the front but Ederson jokingly shoulders him out of the way. Fernandinho, with the captain's armband, is up last. Here we go...

Alan Shearer, Former England striker on BBC Radio 5 Live: When you consider where Man City were pre-Christmas to where they are now - it's an incredible run. The style they've done it as well, most games without a recognised number nine, they've had to change all that and the players have stood up and performed remarkably well. Absolutely sensational.
